This is such a sweet, classic 1940s novelty print dress!  Blue (with a slight purple undertones) rayon with large pink and white bows.  There is shirring over the shoulders and at the center of the lower bodice.  At the back, there is a double flounce.  Back National brand metal zipper.  Unlined.
